Key Responsibility Areas: * Overall responsibility to ensure that all public transport ranks in the eThekwini municipal area are used correctly. * Ensure that conditions at all public transport ranks give passengers a good level of service. * Oversee the establishment of rank committees. * Attend meetings with rank committees and relevant officials. * Control of advertising on public transport ranks. * Establish PPP to enable development and upgrades of public transport ranks. * Manages, supervises and controls staff.
