Description

1. Conduct thorough business assessment to analyze and understand the current state of systems and processes. ;2. Identify process transformation opportunities, design, and propose solutions that meet business requirements and improve ;Cx, efficiencies, effectiveness, Revenue etc.3. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget4. Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager. Insurance Life and Annuity domain experience is preferred5. Must ;have understanding of ;Robotics projects, must be aware with the RPA capabilities available in the market6. Work closely with supporting teams (RPA, Analytics or Relevant solution) to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.7. Collect and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.8. Develop and present detailed reports to stakeholders, utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoints etc.9. Well versed with Cost Benefit Analysis and Benefit quantification. ;10. Should have led/mentored Lean Six Sigma project.11. Can utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana- preferred) to track progress and report on project status. ;12. Act as a change management agent to ensure successful implementation of solutions13. Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations ;14. Drive enterprise adoption of these tools/techniques by internal and client showcasing and articulating the business case and value proposition ;15.
