Fee-for-service Community Psychiatric Supports & Treatment (CPST) Specialist We’re looking for passionate CPST Specialists to provide community-based support for children and families. In this role you will offer focused, goal-oriented interventions to address behavioral health needs and support progress towards achieving their individualized goals. What You’ll Do Work directly with children, adolescents, and their families—right in their homes and communities Provide supportive counseling, solution-focused strategies, and crisis management that make an immediate impact Deliver rehabilitative psychoeducation to empower families with tools and strategies to overcome emotional and behavioral hurdles Collaborate with families to create personalized strength-based, goal-oriented service plans that tap into their natural supports and resources. Help children and families to strengthen the skills they need to reach their goals and thrive within their community Keep thorough and timely documentation to ensure the highest quality of care What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field OR a Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ experience in children’s mental health, addiction, foster care, child welfare, or juvenile justice Flexibility to conduct home visits (evenings or weekends preferred) Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to connect across social, cultural, and economic backgrounds Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort with Microsoft Office and some experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) Bilingual candidates (highly preferred)—especially in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali, or other in-demand languages Why Join us?
