Description
We are currently recruiting for an Officer-Construction Services to join our Manpower Solutions Team in Dubai.  Scope: Officer-Construction Services is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the business units' contracts and accounts in coordination with the Operations Manager, Administrative support, and Account Manager. The primary focus of this role is to coordinate the daily deployment movements of staff. Financial: * Ensure daily rostered headcount is deployed to the site. Customer: * Work closely with internal teams daily on all matters related to employee, HR, Welfare, Transport, Demand Planning, and Accommodation. * Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries * Work closely with line management to ensure client requirements are met, addressing any concerns promptly. Process: * Ensure all workflow process SOPs are followed and carried out efficiently. Innovation: * Identify areas where repetitive tasks can be automated. * Encouraged to provide suggestions in areas where improvements can be made for employees and the business.  Selection Criteria: * 1-2 years’ experience in an outsourcing company or similar large-scale workforce * UAE Driver's License * Competent Computer and reporting skills * Ability to speak and understand multiple regional dialects a preference. * Able to work flexible shift times to suit operational/client requirements
