As a 3D/AI Generalist, you will play a central role in the team. Your responsibilities include:

- Independent implementation of 3D and AI-based visuals – from initial concept to final output

- Development of look and visual language for commercials, music videos, and narrative formats

- Look development, lighting, and high-end rendering in Cinema 4D and Octane

- Compositing, finishing, and quality control in post-production

- Conceptualization, integration, and further development of AI workflows into existing pipelines

- Technical and creative advancement of our hybrid production processes

- Close collaboration with directors, creative directors, and production staff on a conceptual level

Qualification:

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Several years of experience in 3D

- Excellent knowledge of Cinema 4D & Octane

- Confident and proficient use of Adobe After Effects

- Solid knowledge of 3D, rendering, look development, and compositing

- Strong interest in AI and practical experience using relevant tools such as Kling, Nano Banana, Runway, Veo, etc.

- Deep understanding of production and post-production pipelines

- Strong visual sense and high quality standards

- Independent work style and creative flair.
