We're looking for someone who loves editing video, creating digital assets and producing marketing content that captures attention and generates enquiries (new franchisees).

Most days you'll be editing video for social media, creating paid advertising assets, designing marketing collateral and helping turn ideas into polished creative that's ready to publish.

You'll work closely with the marketing team, taking campaigns from concept through to finished assets while continually looking for opportunities to improve content and increase performance.

This isn't a creative leadership role.

It's an opportunity to do great creative work that directly supports a fast-growing business.

What You'll Be Working On

• Edit short-form video content for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Turn long-form recordings into multiple engaging commercial assets suitable for social media and paid advertising.
• Create eye-catching digital graphics, social media content and marketing assets.
• Design high-quality PDFs, guides, presentations and sales collateral.
• Produce creative for paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Use AI tools to improve creative workflows and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to continually improve campaign performance through creative testing.
