REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 yrs. relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and its application in media
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with SMEs in a team environment
• Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with anatomy
• Software Proficiency:
• Maya
• VRay
• Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop)
• MS Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel)

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Education degree acceptable
• Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology degree acceptable

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Education background
• 2-4 yrs. experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred
• Software Proficiency Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), Audition, Encore, Edge, Unity engine familiarity/knowledge a plus
• Medical illustration degree or certificate
• Experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Workfront

• Take existing models, rig and animate them for Product training (some modeling will be required)
• Model and animate clinical anatomy and procedure animations
• Partner with Medical Illustration Lead, Graphic Designers, Instructional Designers, Education Managers, and Video Producers, to map assets to overall script and storyboard
• Manages all project management activities related to deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and capture learning content
• Create high quality 3D animations and renders of instruments, systems, anatomy and surgical procedures
• Proactively communicates within the team
• Uses project management tools to:
• Ensure milestones and sprints are clearly defined
• Track progress and adjust plans
• Collaborates with team members
• Maintain basic documentation and asset management, using project management software
• Setup workflow and recommend workflow improvements, streamline models and rendering times, collaborate with team to develop and advice project workflow optimization
