Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative 3D Architect to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a 3D Architect, you will play a crucial role in creating stunning visual representations of architectural designs, utilizing cutting-edge technology to bring concepts to life. Develop detailed 3D models and renderings of architectural projects using advanced software tools Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling 3D designs Create high-quality visualizations, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices to enhance project efficiency and accuracy Explore and integrate virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies into architectural presentations Ensure all 3D models comply with architectural standards, building codes, and project specifications Participate in design reviews and provide innovative solutions to complex architectural challenges Stay updated on the latest 3D modeling techniques, software, and industry trends Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Professional architecture license preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and 3D modeling Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles and practices Excellent visualization and rendering skills Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies Proven ability to work on large-scale projects Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes Knowledge of sustainable design practices Familiarity with Qatar's building regulations and architectural styles Excellent communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Additional Information Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Project Contract Service Line: General Engineering Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Design and Engineering Profession: Project management
