Responsibilities Work from concept art or references and model 3D environments and props for games on mobile platforms. Work within both creative and technical specifications to create high-quality game assets. Work as part of a team, collaborating with different disciplines and being proactive in problem-solving technical and artistic. Demonstrate creativity and the ability to adapt to various game styles and graphic styles. Create artwork with the aim of providing new, exciting, and imaginative experiences for the player. Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure that all art assets meet the quality standards and vision of the game. Work together with the other artists in the team and provide guidance and feedback on their work. Stay up-to-date with the latest art trends and techniques in the industry and implement them in the game. Requirements Experienced with Maya, Zbrush software. Exceptional understanding of videogame 3D character art and related workflows. A strong understanding of human anatomy and topology. The ability to translate concepts to match the desired art direction with an attention to detail. A problem-solving mentality with a team first attitude. Self-motivated with a productive attitude and the ability to work without direct supervision. Expert understanding of current game art processes, limitations, and dependencies. A good knowledge of real-time game engines and rendering. The ability to mentor junior and mid-level artists. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
