• Selbstständige Ausführung von Konstruktionsarbeiten nach Vorgaben, Skizzen und Entwürfen
• Auslegung und Optimierung manueller Montagewerkzeuge unter wirtschaftlichen und ergonomischen Gesichtspunkten und Anforderungen
• Maßliche, visuelle und funktionale Kontrolle von eigenen und fremden Zeichnungen
• Unterstützung bei der Montage und Optimierung von Prototypen
• Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Prüfungen und Messungen
• Planung und Controlling von Projektteilen oder Projektkomponenten
• Kontakt zum Lieferanten, als Schnittstelle zwischen Design-Team und Lieferant in Bezug auf Datentransfer und technische Themen
• Scouting für neue Technologien und Komponenten
• Beachtung der Maschinenrichtlinie und Erstellung des CE-Zertifikat
