Description
Are you a talented 3D Character Artist looking for your next challenge? At Sperasoft, we're strategically strengthening our core character art team. We are in active discussions for several high-profile projects with well known partners and are looking for skilled artists to join our internal talent pool. We believe in matching the right talent with the right project. Our process starts with getting to know you and your goals, and then we'll explore together which of our projects could be your perfect fit. Responsibilities: Create high-quality, realistic 3D character assets from concept to final in-engine implementation, including sculpting, retopology, UV unwrapping, and PBR texturing. Model hard-surface accessories and armor that integrate seamlessly with organic character forms. Process and refine scanned data (particularly heads) to meet production-ready standards. Collaborate effectively with art directors, leads, and other team members to achieve the project's visual goals. Participate in reviews and implement feedback to ensure the highest quality bar. What we're looking for: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D character modeling with a focus on realism. Advanced knowledge of human anatomy and experience applying it to both organic forms and hard-surface elements (e.g., helmets, armor). Proven experience with cleaning and preparing scanned head data for production. Proficiency in industry-standard software: ZBrush, Maya/Blender, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag/Unreal Engine. Marvelous Designer skills for creating realistic clothing are a significant plus. Ability to work from concept art and follow art direction within technical constraints.
