We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D Exhibition Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of immersive exhibition spaces, trade show booths, experiential environments, and branded spatial designs. The ideal candidate combines strong artistic vision with technical expertise and commercial awareness, delivering innovative, functional, and visually compelling 3D environments that align with client objectives and brand strategies. Key Responsibilities Concept Development Lead the creative development of exhibition stands, experiential spaces, retail environments, and event installations. Translate client briefs into compelling 3D spatial concepts. Develop mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and presentation materials. Ensure designs reflect brand identity and marketing goals. Design & Technical Execution Produce high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings. Create detailed technical drawings and construction documentation. Collaborate closely with production, fabrication, and project management teams. Ensure designs meet venue regulations, safety standards, and build feasibility requirements. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Present concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders. Lead design discussions and creative workshops. Incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity. Project Leadership Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from concept through installation. Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction. Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in collaboration with project managers. On-Site Supervision Attend site visits and oversee installation when required. Ensure final execution aligns with approved design intent.
