Continual Energy Inc. deploys cutting-edge, specialized energy solutions for buildings. We are currently looking for a qualified individual to create graphics for use in the implementation of user interfaces for heating, cooling, and ventilation controls and optimization projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software including (must submit portfolio of work):
o Google Sketchup
o Blender
o 3D Studio Max
o Maya
o Or other…
· Proficient with vector and raster imaging software including:
o Photoshop
o Gimp
o Illustrator
o Inkscape
o Etc.
· Knowledge of design and layout for web (must show samples of contributions to websites).
· Ability to take direction, work in a fast-paced team and collaborative environment, multi-task, and maintain organization.
· Very comfortable with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Additional desired skills, but not required:
· Knowledge of mechanical Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.
· Industry experience with Building Automation and Direct Digital Controls (DDC).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
· Diploma, degree, and/or equivalent relevant experience in related field.
· Report to management group, overseeing creation and maintenance of user interface and related components.
· Create 2D and 3D graphics from design references.
· Layout graphical user interface pages from component library.
· Mockup and create dashboards for building energy systems.
· Maintain and grow existing 3D library of equipment.
· Participate in design review meetings and implement corrections from review markups.
· Creation of graphics and layouts for marketing and promotional materials.
· Daily office work downtown Toronto required from Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to project sites within GTA.
