SUMMARY OF CERTIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least two years of relevant 3D modelling experience
• In-depth knowledge of 3ds Max software
• Ability and interest in understanding and working with technical data, including plans, topographic maps and aerial photographs supplied by engineers and designers
• Strong knowledge of image retouching and processing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong team player
• Asset: knowledge of geomatics
• Asset: knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD and traditional technical drawing
• Asset: knowledge of windPRO software
• Asset: knowledge of design and engineering

BBA is seeking a 3D modeller for its Visual Simulation and Geomatics department. You’ll use 3D modelling software to create virtual models and communication materials, such as renderings, visual animations and other related products, as part of major engineering and development projects. You’ll support the feasibility and development of engineering and design projects, from both technical and aesthetic points of view. You may also take part in geomatics projects, such as spatial analyses and the processing of LiDAR or other survey data.
