CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

• 2–4 years of experience in 3D design, motion design, animation, or related fields
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing skills
• Proficiency in design and animation tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of timing, composition, and storytelling in motion graphics
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multimedia content
• Effective communication skills for presenting ideas and incorporating feedback

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Design team to create motion graphics and video content for marketing, social media, and partnership initiatives
• Collaborate with our Commercial and on-site Production teams to create state-of-the-art 3D renders to showcase our event experience
• Design animations and video assets that align with brand guidelines and elevate our storytelling
• Support the marketing team by producing engaging content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms
• Edit and enhance video footage to create high-quality final outputs
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into projects
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all multimedia content
