JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans that support various interior remodeling and cabinetry design projects. You will collaborate with ein house designers and project managers to ensure that designs meet specifications and adhere to industry standards. This role requires proficiency in various drafting software and a keen eye for detail.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Civil 3D, and NavisWorks.
• Strong understanding of drafting principles, construction methods, and mechanical design concepts.
• Ability to create accurate schematics and detailed drawings that meet project specifications.
• Familiarity with 2D animation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across various disciplines.

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other CAD software.
• Create schematics and mechanical designs for construction projects.

• Prepare technical documentation and reports related to drafting work.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the drafting process.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals by providing accurate drawings and models.
• Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and related documents.
