The Role
Join our innovative design team as a 3D Visualiser, specializing in luxury residences. We seek a creative and detail-oriented professional who can bring our architectural visions to life through stunning visual representations. You will work closely with architects and designers to produce high-quality 3D renderings that showcase our exclusive projects to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D visuals and renderings for luxury residential projects - Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and concepts - Develop and maintain 3D models using industry-standard software - Present design concepts through realistic visualizations and walkthroughs - Stay updated with industry trends and design techniques to enhance visual output - Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate representations of architectural details and materials - Assist in the preparation of client presentations by providing visual support and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field - Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer - Strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and team members - Prior experience in a similar role, particularly focusing on luxury residences, is preferred
