ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or in a similar role, ideally within commercial interiors or architecture.
  • Expert proficiency in 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Unreal Engine (experience with other rendering tools such as Enscape, Corona, or Lumion a plus).
  • Strong skills in producing photorealistic stills and immersive flythroughs.
  • Understanding of architectural drawings, design intent, and spatial storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a flair for lighting, materiality, and composition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and creativity.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with design, pursuits, and project delivery teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality visualisations of commercial interiors is essential.

Responsibilities

ROLE PROFILE:

As a 3D Visualiser at Unispace, you will play a vital role in bringing our commercial interior concepts to life through stunning visual storytelling. Working closely with our global design and pursuits teams, you will produce high-resolution renderings, animations, and flythroughs that communicate design intent with clarity and impact. This role requires a strong technical foundation in rendering software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver compelling visuals for competition RFPs and client presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create photorealistic renderings, animations, and flythroughs of commercial interior projects (workplace, retail, and hospitality).
  • Translate conceptual design ideas into visually engaging 3D imagery that supports competition RFPs, pursuits, and project presentations.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and strategists to ensure visuals accurately reflect design intent, materiality, and spatial experience.
  • Manage and maintain 3D models, textures, lighting, and environments to produce consistent, high-quality output.
  • Deliver high-resolution visuals within tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and precision.
  • Stay up to date with emerging rendering technologies and propose innovative approaches to visualisation.
  • Support the development of visual standards and templates across the global design and pursuits teams.
