POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets that effectively communicate our products to key audiences across print and digital platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to produce on-brand, visually compelling 3D renderings, animations, and multimedia content that align with Florim USA’s aesthetic, sustainability initiatives, and overall marketing strategy.

· Model high-resolution 3D product renderings for use in print and digital channels, accurately representing product finishes, thicknesses, and geometries.
· Develop photorealistic product visualizations in interior and exterior environments for both corporate and private-label use.
· Create video animations from product visuals and format them for optimized performance across web platforms.
· Manage and streamline 3D asset pipelines, including scene modeling, render output, and archival of reusable content.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy and campaign planning.
· Adhere to project deadlines and manage time effectively to meet budget expectations.
· Research and stay informed on industry trends, emerging design tools, and technologies.
· Organize, maintain, and update digital asset libraries in accordance with brand standards.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, HR, and Marketing) to deliver consistent, brand-aligned visual communications.
· Uphold and adhere to the B Corp standards in various areas, including Corporate Governance, Environmental Sustainability, Employee Well-being, and Community Engagement.
