JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 3 to 8 years of experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects and interior designers to create photorealistic renderings that bring design concepts to life. This role demands a strong portfolio, technical expertise, and a passion for visual storytelling.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in architectural visualization.
• Expert knowledge of tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design workflows, and construction documentation.
• Exceptional skills in lighting, texturing, realism, and composition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interpret and present ideas clearly.

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont

• Work closely with architects and designers to understand project goals and visualize design intent.
• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of interior and exterior architectural environments.
• Develop and manage a library of textures, materials, lighting presets, and rendering assets.
• Deliver visual content for client presentations, marketing materials, competitions, and internal reviews.
• Produce site plan and landscape renderings when required.
• Refine visuals based on feedback to meet quality and project standards.
• Keep up-to-date with latest software, plugins, and visualization techniques.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior visualizers and support the visualization team.
