Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of architecture, interior designs, landscapes, and other visual concepts.
• Develop photorealistic visualizations using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure the design intent is accurately represented in visual outputs.
• Produce animations, walkthroughs, and VR experiences to aid in presentations and client approvals.
• Edit and enhance 3D renderings using post-production software like Adobe Photoshop.
• Ensure proper lighting, texture mapping, and shading in models to create realistic and appealing visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all visualization outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in 3D design and visualization.
• Present and communicate ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, rendering, and animation skills.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, or Maya.
• Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of VR/AR applications is a plus.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, color, and lighting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Knowledge of video editing software for creating presentations and walkthroughs.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, interiors, and landscape design principles.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in 3D visualization.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per mont
