QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing modeling, rendering, and animation skills.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, or Maya.
• Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of VR/AR tools is an advantage.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, color, and lighting.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Basic video editing skills for creating presentations and walkthroughs.
• Solid understanding of architectural, interior, and landscape design principles.
• Creative approach with a passion for innovation in 3D visualization.

• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for architecture, interior designs, landscapes, and other visual concepts.
• Develop photorealistic visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure the design intent is accurately represented.
• Produce animations, walkthroughs, and VR experiences to support presentations and client approvals.
• Enhance 3D renderings through post-production techniques using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
• Apply correct lighting, texture mapping, and shading for realistic and visually appealing outputs.
• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends, techniques, and software advancements in 3D visualization.
• Present design ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
