We are looking for a dynamic individual who creates high-quality 3D visualizations, animations, and walkthroughs for villa and multi-story building projects using Twin motion or Unreal Engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop realistic 3D renderings, animations, and VR walkthroughs.
- Work closely with architects and designers to visualize design concepts.
- Optimize models for smooth performance in real-time environments.
- Apply textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.
- Update visuals as per design revisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Graphics, 3D Animation, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Expertise in Twin motion and/or Unreal Engine.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus.
- Strong sense of composition, color, and detailing.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
