Job Description Create weapons and props with high-quality modeling and texturing. Integrate assets into the game with other development teams. Monitor final implementation to ensure assets look and perform correctly. Collaborate with outsourcing partners on asset production and feedback. Maintain consistency with existing content and project standards. Respect technical and production constraints when creating assets. Share best practices on workflows, tools, and pipelines. Contribute to fixing bugs and optimizing assets or systems. Qualifications Fluent in English; French is a plus. Strong skills in modeling, UVs, and texturing. Proficient with Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance, Photoshop. Experience in AAA pipelines and real-time constraints. At least one shipped game as 3D artist. Comfortable with realistic and grounded styles. Creative, flexible, and team-oriented. Organized with strong attention to detail. Passionate about games and The Division universe.
