Drive the global strategy for the low-end 3D printing portfolio, focusing on channel expansion and funnel creation. Deeply understand the category products, business models, and sales dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Contribute to the definition and execution of the 3D category business plan, including pricing, promotion, and portfolio management. Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and strengthen category management practices. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8-12 years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Product or Business Planning. Proven experience in Channel Partner Management, ideally within the technology or manufacturing industries. Experience with 3D printing, manufacturing, or CAD solutions is highly desirable. Build strong relationships with key channel partners and distributors globally to drive adoption and sell-through. Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic decisions and investment allocation.
