Description

We are seeking a skilled 3DX Application Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in an ITAR-compliant environment. The role involves troubleshooting, ensuring data security compliance, and driving system stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for 3DEXPERIENCE across multiple modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and corporate data security policies.
  • Collaborate with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless support.
  • Proactively monitor system logs and user activity to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Support patching, version upgrades, and routine system maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform and related modules.
  • Familiarity with PLM and CAD systems; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Experience in ITAR-compliant or regulated environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
