• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fashion retail management role
• Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service, we don’t just sell, we create long-lasting experiences!
• Ability to meet & drive Sales & KPI’s
• Operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
• A natural ability to influence, coach and develop the team at an individual level
• An adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
