We’re looking for a passionate and driven 3IC - Sales & Visual Merchandise to help build this store from the ground up!

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable sales growth by consistently delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences, as well as executing and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day will be filled with leading from the front, coaching on the run and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

• A minimum of 2 years’ retail experience, including proven visual merchandising experience
• Store leadership or key holder experience, working with a team to succeed, preferred
• Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences
• Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
