Sales management (forecasting and actual performance tracking) for key accounts (major users). Product introduction, proposal, and sales activities to 3M authorized distributors. End-users are mainly in the industrial manufacturing sector (automotive, shipbuilding, construction machinery, steel, steel structures, sheet metal, metal canning, machinery, etc.) [Application Requirements] < Required > Bachelor's degree (from a 4-year university) or higher. Valid standard driver's license. Japanese language proficiency sufficient for daily life and business without any hindrance (reading, writing, listening, speaking). Daily conversation level English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking). Basic Microsoft Office skills. < Preferred > Sales experience (especially BtoB business experience with industrial users).
