• Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for warehousing and transportation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely receipt and dispatch.
• Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to by the service providers.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, physical stock counts, and reconciliation with system records.
• Monitor FIFO / FEFO compliance and batch accuracy.
• Track KPIs such as order fulfillment, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), damages, and productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify gaps and work with 3PL partners on improvement plans.
• Verify invoices against agreed rates and operational data.
• Act as a point of contact between internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Resolve operational issues related to delivery delays, damages, and shortages.
• Conduct regular performance review meetings with vendors.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, certification in Logistics or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG logistics, warehouse coordination, or 3PL management.
