• Act according to BPO’s customer requirements considering the standard operating procedures in place.
• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal procedures to enhance productivity and transparency.
• Interact with several different IT tools plus our newly implemented TMS.
• Contribute to the process that requires careful research and monitoring, to ensure that the system is correctly showing the real transport status.
