JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented 3PL/Home Delivery Sr. Operations Specialist to join our logistics team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence by leveraging data to optimize delivery performance, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting to senior leadership on performance metrics, use data driven insights to support optimization opportunities, and support the 3PL team in maintaining order management processes. This role needs to confidently support the 3PL/Home Delivery team and partners as the backbone and expert on all data & reporting needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or operations analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and building reports in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
• Basic SQL proficiency
• Familiarity with e-commerce or retail logistics environments
