Our Honolulu office is expanding, and we’re seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team and help drive growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Honolulu area and surrounding markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their supply chain needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct outbound calls, attend networking events, and leverage marketing campaigns to generate leads. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Local market knowledge is a plus.
