Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Office Assistant to join our team at Chipping Norton site. This role plays a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient communication across departments and maintaining high standards of customer service and warehouse organisation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a 3PL or logistics warehouse environment (not essential)
  • Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin language proficiency preferred
  • Excellent customer service and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with WMS platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree obtained in Australia preferred
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of a busy 3PL warehouse environment
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients, including communication in both English and Mandarin
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and assist with dispatch scheduling
  • Liaise between warehouse, customer service, and transport teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse facility
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and reporting
  • Accurately update warehouse management systems and maintain documentation
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures
