【JOB REQUIREMENTS】
Operational Leadership Design and implement warehouse workflows, optimize warehouse layout planning, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Team & Resource Management Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Responsible for workforce planning, shift scheduling, and dynamic resource allocation based on business needs Process Standardization Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and quality, minimize errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Inventory & Quality Control Ensure accurate inventory counts and reconciliation to minimize losses. Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure product integrity. Inbound & Outbound Execution Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring all operations are completed safely and on time. Stakeholder Communication Act as the point of contact for the customer operations team, resolving issues and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. Data & Performance Reporting Monitor and analyze operational data, generate regular performance reports, and propose improvement actions to drive efficiency. Compliance & Safety Maintain safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse.
