To learn more about Study Smart Tutors visit us at www.studysmarttutors.com [http://www.studysmarttutors.com] JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Subjects to be taught: ELA Literary * Grades: 3rd-4th Grade * Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students. * Tutors will have access to information about class assignments * Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies * Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff * Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students QUALIFICATIONS: * MUST hold a completed 4-year degree * Bilingual in Spanish preferred * Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired with K-8th Grade * In-person availability is required * Scheduled hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 PM - 6 PM * Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location. Responsibilities

The tutor will provide academic support in ELA Literary subjects for 3rd and 4th graders, working with both small and large groups of students. Responsibilities include utilizing provided assignment information, adapting teaching strategies, and maintaining communication with staff to implement comprehensive learning plans.
