WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

?? Proven experience in 3rd Line IT Support, ideally within an MSP environment. ?? Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Office 365
?? Experience with networking technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and switches.
?? Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to resolve complex technical issues.
?? Great communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.
?? Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are desirable.
?? You must have a driving licence for this role for use of a company vehicle

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer or maybe an experienced 2nd liner, looking to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP)? We’re recruiting for a highly skilled IT professional to join an innovative and well regarded MSP, providing expert support and solutions to a diverse client base.
You’ll be handling complex technical issues, leading problem resolution, and ensuring seamless IT service delivery across various businesses. This is a hands-on technical role where your expertise will make a real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Provide 3rd line technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues across infrastructure, networking, and applications.
? Manage and resolve escalations from 1st and 2nd line support teams.
? Administer and maintain IT systems, including Windows Server, cloud environments (Azure/Office 365).
? Support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
? Lead system upgrades, migrations, and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
? Collaborate with key stakeholders, advising on best practices and system optimisations.
? Ensure security and compliance, following industry best practices for data protection.
