Description

• Performing of the sea, port and anchor watches as per Master instructions • Voyage planning. • Correction and ordering of charts, nautical publications and other publications acc. to IMO & Flag requirements. • Maintaining of Log Book. • Supervision and checking of navigational equipment, lights and day marks.

Responsibilities

The 3rd Officer is responsible for performing sea, port, and anchor watches as instructed by the Master. Additional duties include voyage planning and maintaining navigational equipment.
