We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 3PQC Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between internal departments and Third-Party Quality Control teams to ensure seamless execution of upstream quality processes. Your focus will be on accuracy, responsiveness, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism while supporting daily inspection activities and ensuring data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and inventory workflows is a plus
  • Comfortable with physical tasks and time spent on the production floor

Responsibilities
  • Accurately capture, record, and enter inspection data in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify and escalate urgent quality issues requiring immediate third-party review
  • Clearly communicate corrective actions needed for failed inspections, including necessary rework procedures
  • Organize and prioritize labeling and staging of products for inspection readiness
  • Ensure accurate documentation of inspection outcomes (Pass/Fail) on picking slips and within internal systems
  • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), particularly when addressing partial rejections or non-conforming product
  • Escort and coordinate the movement of Third-Party Quality Control representatives throughout the facility
  • Facilitate access to inventory and ensure proper inspection setup for external QC teams
  • Actively participate in upstream quality control meetings and contribute practical insights for process improvement
  • Foster and maintain a respectful and collaborative working relationship with Third-Party Quality Control personnel
  • Assist with physical tasks including breaking down pallets and preparing product for inspection
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, in alignment with departmental and organizational needs
