Company: ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC Location: Hagerstown, MD Positions Available: 3rd Shift Janitorial Supervisor * Monday-Friday 6:00pm-2:30am Pay Rate: $20.00/hr WEEKLY PAY * Access to Benefits Requirements: * Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License Duties include: * Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner * Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards * Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory * Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers * Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict * CAN TAKE DIRECTION * Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time Apply now for immediately consideration!
