Description Job Summary Maximize efficiency and capacity of the Loader area and Breaker production floor. Maintains efficient running of product while maintaining direct report employees effectively. Responsibilities Directing the Loader, Breaker and Tray wash workforce on daily tasks. Managing the Westfalia and Savanna systems. Training/ cross-training of all loader and breaker employees. Ensuring quality on all outgoing liquid products. Maximizing the throughput of the Loader and breaker systems. Follow and execute the Daily plan. Ensuring the correct eggs make it to the correct product. Monitoring of CIP systems, Chemical usage and automated chemical dosing systems. Work with Management and suppliers on any ongoing breaker process improvements. Maximizing quantity of eggs to the finished product. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to work as a team with others with a positive attitude. Approach problem solving with long term company improvement attitude. Will work closely with Plant personnel, maintenance and management. Follow all Forsman Biosecurity protocols. Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, engaging team and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and self-motivated and strong communication skills Ability to identify, propose solutions, implement process improvements, monitor and adjust based on results Technologically and mechanically inclined to be able to troubleshoot robots & loaders
