What You’ll Do As our Production Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations on the plant floor. You’ll coordinate teams, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that production goals are met with precision and care. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets Ensure product quality and quantity meet company standards Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively Maintain accurate production reports and records Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for a confident leader who understands the rhythm of manufacturing and knows how to keep teams aligned and energized.
