Description Monday through Friday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our overnight warehouse team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming deliveries, inspecting shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are properly stored and documented. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments Verify quantities and inspect products for damage or discrepancies Accurately complete receiving paperwork and inventory documentation Organize and stock materials in designated storage areas Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts safely (if certified) Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving and warehouse areas Follow all company safety and food safety procedures Communicate inventory or shipment issues to management promptly Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Requirements Qualifications Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred Ability to work independently and maintain productivity during overnight hours Reliable attendance and punctuality required Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
