Description Summary Assemble food grade disposable liners for use in quick serve restaurants and convenience stores. Also serves as team lead for the 3rd shift by promoting product quality and communicating and coordinating daily production activities. Entire pay range $18.75-$24.38/ hour (plus shift premium pay of $1.50); starting pay depends on qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assembler duties Place parts onto fixture for assembly Press fit parts into assembly Visually inspect the cuff, tube, and liner overall visual inspection for critical characteristics Count and place parts into bin Fold bags in half Place in box Team Lead duties Coordinate production activities. Informs supervisor of challenges and obstacles that are impacting the quality of the product or the efficiency of production so the supervisor may take timely and appropriate action. Communicating any relevant information with team members. Produce proper documentation including the use of the computer. Provide mentoring, training, and instruction to team members. Stage raw materials for production needs. Print product/shipping labels as needed. Spot check for critical characteristics on production. Backup team lead for the New Saftea Machine Line. Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Able to accurately count to 50.
