A Twister Operator will also inspect for defective bobbins and repacking creel yarns into boxes using the proper handling methods. They will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their machine at all times , follow weekly TPM cleaning audit schedule. Complete all paper work and maintain all records according to ISO standards. May be asked to work in Creeling when needed. Qualifications 1. Bobbin management on all bobbin returns 2. Able to identify different types of yarn , by suppliers name. 3. Know the different bobbin suppliers and  procedures for packing empty bobbins. 4. Cleaning creel daily and TPM cleaning following schedule. 5. Maintain all records according to ISO standards. 6. Notify Supervisor immediately regarding any and all yarn       quality issues such as: discoloration, separation, etc.
Responsibilities
The Twister Operator will patrol twister frames, carry out twisting and plying procedures, and verify product quality. They will also inspect for defective bobbins and maintain machine cleanliness according to ISO standards.
