This role is crucial for maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors, preventing unauthorized access, and promptly responding to incidents. Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises Perform regular inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or hazards to the appropriate authorities Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and provide assistance as necessary Maintain clear and concise logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations Assist with crowd control and ensure orderly conduct during events or emergencies Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors Required skills: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred Strong observational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check
