A 45m MY is looking for a 3rd Stewardess to join the team in mid-January in the Caribbean. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run, active program with a lovely family who treat their crew exceptionally well. The team onboard has great longevity, and the atmosphere is friendly, healthy, and drama-free. The vessel runs a dual season with private and charter use. Owners’ trips include Easter, Thanksgiving, and New Year, plus around three weeks in the Med each summer. There are also approximately eight weeks of well-vetted, family-style charters managed by Camper & Nicholsons. The crew enjoys a supportive environment, great food, and plenty of time on and in the water. The crew onboard are active, easy-going, and close-knit . it’s a great environment for someone positive, social, and self-motivated. The owner values a happy, engaged team and provides a comfortable, generous setup on board. Ideal Candidate A young, enthusiastic Stewardess with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an appreciation for an active, team-focused lifestyle. Package Start Date: Around 10th January (Caribbean) Salary: DOE, 13th month bonus and tips Leave: 38 days per year + flights Additional 2 weeks’ leave (plus flights) if the yacht crosses on Dock Express — has occurred the past three years Medical: Excellent coverage

Responsibilities

The 3rd Stewardess will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations on board the yacht. This includes providing excellent service to the owners and guests during trips.
