COMPENSATION Base salary of $230,000-$270,000 based on experience. HRSA student loan repayment eligibility. Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage. Dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage. Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs. Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care. Practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care model. Focus on patient care while dedicated administrative staff manage operational support. Deliver high-quality, relationship-based care in a mission-driven community health setting. WHY PHYSICIANS ARE APPLYING Flexible scheduling including a 3x12 option. Outpatient-only practice with no hospital responsibilities. Approximately 2-3 patients per hour. Competitive physician compensation up to $270,000. 160 hours of PTO plus 5 personal days. 10 paid holidays. 5 CME days with a $2,500 annual allowance. HRSA student loan repayment eligibility. Supportive leadership and established clinical workflows. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible for Indiana medical licensure. Current or eligible DEA registration. Commitment to outpatient primary care. Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
