Your main focus will be to assist in leading and motivating a team of employees, including facilitating training, coaching, and performance management. In collaboration with the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring sales activities, and implementing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. You will also assist in managing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the Branch Manager in overseeing operational activities, such as managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and optimizing operational efficiency.
