Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor on the afternoon shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of industrial equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. What you're responsible for: Leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support Coordinating with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtime periods Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems Conducting regular inspections to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential failures Initiating and executing maintenance projects to address equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements as necessary Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment performance metrics Qualifications To join our team: You are a licensed 433A Millwright You have proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment You have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team You have In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components You have excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills You have the ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations Additional Information A competitive wage starting at $45/hour Vacation, benefits and RRSP matching program AIM Tuition Assistance Program The tools and support needed to be successful in your career and professional development A dynamic & rewarding work environment that is also a lot of fun!
